SNOW DAY

The Feb. 21st blizzard shut everything down so we had an impromptu 
dinner party in our apartment with all the senior missionaries at the complex.

 Let It Snow....

 Living in the same complex makes it pretty easy to get a dinner together 
at the drop of a hat! Everyone just brought what they had on hand.

FUN-TASTIC FEBRUARY FIELDTRIPS!

We had a "snow day" on Feb. 21st when a fast moving blizzard covered the mid-west.

 Cutler's Park, a pioneer settlement about 3 miles from the Trail Center in Florence.

 Reading about Lewis and Clark's discovery route along the Missouri River. 

 We visited the DeSoto National Wildlife Refuge in the Missouri River Valley
and enjoyed learning about the migratory waterfowl and other wildlife of the area 
at the visitor center and viewing station.
